At this time, Eleva MD's partnership is not tailored to be a fit with Lifestyle based, social media influencers or online affiliates who are not licensed within the Health/Medical Industry.

Yes! We value partnering with other healthcare professionals and have an very rewarding compensation structure in place for the Programs we offer. When you are a Partner, you can refer your patients easily, in office or online. Once they are enrolled into a program such as our Weight loss or Healthy Hormones HRT programs, you are compensated per activation.

Seeing as our Partners are also healthcare professionals, we understand the desire to oversee patient care. Within this Partnership, Eleva MD's Physician Group would be overseeing the patient care, prescriptions, dosages, and day to day communications with your patient as it relates to their usage of that product. You would not be the leading provider on this part of the Program. Other Lifestyle enhancements such as meal plans, supplements, healthy habits, you are welcome to stay in the lead role and implement as you wish.

Your dedicated Eleva MD Partner Representative will ensure your practice is trained and fully equipped with the tools needed to confidently refer patients, and will provide ongoing support throughout the partnership.

We offer launching support that includes email campaigns, educational blogs and announcement social media posts as well as ongoing educational training backed by published medical studies. As a Partner, you will have access to several courses as well as our Program guides and in-office brochures to have on hand for patient appointments.
